At Lambani.in, every saree, kurta, dupatta, blouse piece, and fabric is carefully hand-embroidered by our skilled women artisans. Each piece is unique and made with hours of work. Because of this, we follow a strict no refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Customized & Handmade Orders
All orders are made to order and customized as per your selected design, color, and fabric.
Once an order is placed and work begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Wrong or Damaged Products
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged in transit
Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
➡️ Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos on WhatsApp.
After review, we will offer either:
A replacement (same product, fresh embroidery), OR
A discount/credit on your next order.
3. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our work, we do not accept returns.
Slight variations in stitch, motif, or color are natural in hand embroidery and are not considered defects.
4. COD & Shipping Charges
- Any advance booking fee for COD orders is non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
5. International Orders
Refunds are not available for international orders.
If a product arrives damaged, we will work with you for a replacement or discount, but customs duties and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
