1. Order Processing & Timelines
Customized Orders (Sarees, Kurtas, Dupattas, Blouse Pieces, Fabrics): Hand embroidery takes time. Depending on the complexity, order completion can take 20–35 days.
Ready Stock Products (if available): Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
We will share order progress updates via WhatsApp or phone call so you stay informed.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
COD (Cash on Delivery): Available within India on request. Some COD orders may require an advance booking fee.
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via India Post EMS / Speed Post or trusted global courier partners.
- Delivery Time: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: Calculated at checkout or shared with you before dispatch (sometimes free shipping for bulk/reseller orders).
- International Orders: Charges depend on parcel weight and destination. We will confirm shipping cost at the time of dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an AWB number / tracking link via WhatsApp.
Please keep your courier receipt safely until delivery is complete.

- All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
