1. Handmade & Customized Products
All our products are hand-embroidered by women artisans with over 15 years of experience.
Slight variations in color, design, or stitch work are natural and part of the charm of handmade work.
Customized orders (fabric, color, design chosen by you) are made exclusively for you and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Ordering & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
We require 50% advance payment to begin customized orders. The remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch.
Payment options: Razorpay (Card/Net Banking/UPI), GPay/PhonePe, Bank Transfer, and COD (India only, on request).
All payments are accepted in INR (₹). International buyers’ banks/cards will convert currency automatically.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch. Customs/VAT charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Courier delays due to weather, festivals, or strikes are beyond our control, but we will assist with updates.
4. Refunds & Returns
Since our products are made-to-order hand embroidery, we do not offer refunds.
If you receive the wrong or damaged product, we will offer a replacement or discount on your next order after verification.
COD booking fees (if any) and shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on Lambani.in are the intellectual property of our brand and artisans.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
6. Use of Website
- By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site, attempt fraud, or engage in unlawful activity.
- We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.
7. Privacy
Your personal details are collected only to process and deliver orders.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties (see our Privacy Policy for details).
8. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
